I used to play a MUD that had wraith form. It took an extremely long time to cast (equivalent to GW 10+ sec casting time, I believe it was over a minute in the MUD), and an extremely long time to get out of. During casting/decasting time you were more vulnerable to attacks. Once in wraith form, you could not attack, be attacked, open doors, open chests, use any skills, pick anything up, drop anything, etc. - the only thing you could do is walk.

It could be an interesting elite I think in GW with appropriate alteration. I think Carinae Dragonblood's suggestion is a good one as long as you couldn't attack, open chests, or pick anything up. No need to make it a chest runner spell. If all you can do is stand there, or walk by, I think the immunity would be more balanced. Increase recharge to 60sec though, so there'd be a 40 sec down time.

There, split the concept into two, less overpowered skills.
I'm just wondering about the first one. Why would you suffer from bleeding, deep wound and cripple when it ends? Why not just cause a 0 benefit from Soul Reaping for the enchantment's duration? That would make the skill at least reasonable when it ends, otherwise you would probably just get flattened when it ends.

Also, undead take double damage from Holy (smiting), Light (smiting wands and staves mostly), and Air damage (yes it does double), so why only Holy damage?

How about just making it double the energy from dead bodies?...
